Case Study
Centro Medico was in need of ways to expand access to care for its patients to further its mission. The health center’s dental department was at capacity, but much of that capacity was involved in completing preventive dental evaluations, often pushing dental treatment appointments out in the future.
The Action
By implementing the OroMed virtual program in their health center, Centro Medico was able to complete more than 6,400 preventive dental evaluations without the use of staff resources, freeing up their dental department to complete dental treatment and improve the oral health of their patient population.
