Josh Gwinn is a mission-driven executive with a background in large-scale operations and team leadership. After serving as an operations specialist in the U.S. Navy, he led multi-state healthcare organizations, including overseeing 50+ dental practices with Great Expressions and directing education and training for 200+ Gentle Dental locations. Most recently, he served as CEO of Hero Practice Services, supporting 70+ pediatric-focused practices across seven states. Today, as CEO of OroMed, Josh leads with accountability and purpose to expand access to whole-person care in underserved communities.

Dr. Jack Bayramyan immigrated to the U.S. from Armenia at age 12 and earned his dental degree from USC. In 2004, he founded Kid’s Dental Place, growing it to ten practices across California and Arizona and building the systems that grew his organization significantly. In 2019, he merged his dental group with Hero Practice Services, where he served on the clinical leadership board and advised on growth strategy. In 2024, he co-founded OroMed to continue his vision and passion in expanding access to whole-person care in underserved communities.

Gabby Hernandez is Senior Director of Operations at OroMed, where she ensures the seamless execution of the company’s integrated care model and drives operational excellence to support expanding access to whole-person care in underserved communities. With deep expertise in scaling workflows, optimizing cross-functional teams, and aligning daily operations with strategic goals, Gabby plays a key role in enabling OroMed’s mission of strengthening preventive oral health within medical settings.

David B. Vliet, MBA is a seasoned healthcare executive and community health strategist with decades of leadership in the FQHC sector. A former CEO of a $100M+ multi-county health center system in Northern California, he led large-scale operations serving diverse communities across the East Bay. David brings deep expertise in community health strategy, medical practice management, and expanding access to high-quality care. At OroMed, he helps health centers strengthen integration efforts and advance sustainable, whole-person care models.

Dr. Ara Agopian is Chief Clinical Officer of OroMed, bringing deep clinical expertise in orthodontics and whole-person care. A seasoned dental surgeon with advanced specialty training and years of practice in orthodontics and dentofacial orthopedics, Dr. Agopian applies his clinical experience to drive OroMed’s medical-dental integration model that expands preventive oral health services into community care settings. At OroMed, he champions seamless, patient-centered approaches that strengthen access to oral health and support broader health equity.

Armen Buniatyan is Co-Founder and Executive Chairman of OroMed, driving strategic vision to expand integrated, whole-person care in underserved communities. He brings extensive leadership in healthcare operations and community health initiatives, including serving as CEO of Arm 4 Arm Foundation, a Federally Qualified Health Center focused on increasing access to primary care. His work centers on building systems that bridge gaps in care and strengthen health equity for patients and partners alike.

Ed Lujano is CHC Executive Advisor at OroMed, bringing decades of leadership in community health center operations to support health centers in understanding and implementing OroMed’s integration model.
